Reach Forklift Driver - Immediate Start Available
Driver Hire Southampton is currently recruiting for an experienced Reach Forklift Driver to join a busy warehouse team. This is an ongoing position with an immediate start available.
Please note: This role is based within a temperature-controlled cold store environment operating at approximately -18C. Full cold-weather PPE and protective clothing will be provided.
Pay Rate: £13.75 - £15.85 per hour
Key Responsibilities:
* Operating a Reach Truck to move, load and unload stock safely throughout the warehouse.
* Picking and preparing orders accurately for dispatch.
* Receiving inbound deliveries and storing goods in designated warehouse locations.
* Carrying out stock movements and inventory checks.
* Reporting damaged stock, shortages or discrepancies to management.
* Re-stacking and organising pallets ready for storage or distribution.
* Maintaining a clean, safe and organised working environment.
* Following all health and safety procedures and company policies.
* Assisting with general warehouse duties as required.
Requirements:
* Valid Reach Truck Licence (essential).
* Minimum 1 year's Reach Truck operating experience.
* Previous MHE equipment experience.
* Strong attention to detail and ability to work efficiently
