Position Overview
EMJ Plastics is seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Executive to join our team, focusing on promoting and selling Permadec UK products. The Sales Executive will play a crucial role in expanding our market share, fostering strong client relationships, and driving revenue growth within the construction sector.
Key Responsibilities
· Sales Strategy: Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve sales targets and penetrate the market effectively.
· Product Promotion: Promote Permadec UK products and solutions to contractors, architects, engineers, and other relevant stakeholders within the construction industry.
· Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with existing and potential clients, understanding their needs and providing tailored solutions.
· Market Research: Conduct thorough market research to identify potential customers, market trends, and competitive landscape to inform sales strategies and product positioning.
· Pipeline Management: Manage sales pipelines, including lead generation, qualification, and conversion, utilising CRM tools effectively.
· Technical Expertise: Develop a deep understanding of Permadec UK products, their applications, and benefits to effectively communicate value propositions to customers.
· Collaboration: Collaborate closely with internal teams such as marketing, product development, and customer support to ensure alignment and maximise sales opportunities.
· Reporting: Prepare regular sales reports, forecasts, and analyses to track performance against targets and identify areas for improvement.
Experience
· Proven track record of success in sales, preferably within the construction or building materials industry.
· Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to build rapport and influence decision-makers.
· Strong business acumen and strategic thinking, with the ability to identify and capitalize on market opportunities.
· Self-motivated and results-oriented, with a proactive approach to problem-solving.
· Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and manage multiple priorities effectively.
· Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
