Key responsibilities include:
* 1st and 2nd Line Support across hardware, software, and networking
* Managing incidents and service requests via the internal helpdesk/ticketing system
* Supporting internal systems (Windows 10/11, Active Directory, Microsoft 365)
* Assisting with mobile and desktop device setup, configuration, and MDM tools
* Patching, security updates, and basic infrastructure tasks
* Collaborating with wider tech teams on improvements, rollouts, and upgrades
What We’re Looking For:
* Experience in a similar IT Support role (1st/2nd Line) - Apprenticeship, year in industry or less than 1 year would be considered
* Knowledge of Windows OS, Active Directory, hardware troubleshooting
* Familiarity with Microsoft 365, Dell/HP devices, and networking basics
* Exposure to mobile device management (Apple/Android/MDM platforms)
* A proactive approach to problem-solving and a keen interest in technology
* Excellent communication and a genuine team player attitude
