Head of Technical
We're looking for an experienced Head of Technical to join our Senior Management team and lead the delivery of our technical strategy. This is a key leadership role focused on driving innovation, continuous improvement, and operational excellence across the business. You'll oversee the technical function, including resource planning, budgeting, and the implementation of new technologies to enhance product development and manufacturing processes. Acting as a central link across departments, you'll support business growth, market expansion, and customer satisfaction while ensuring robust risk management and full regulatory compliance. You'll be responsible for maintaining the highest standards of quality, safety, and compliance across all operations, including audits, testing, supplier management, and documentation. You'll also champion sustainability initiatives, drive continuous improvement, and ensure alignment with global best practices and customer expectations. A key part of the role is developing and leading a high‑performing technical team through effective training, succession planning, and performance management, while embedding strong GMP standards and operational efficiency.
