About the Role
We are looking for enthusiastic Care Assistants to join our Flex Force team at HC-One. You will work across multiple care homes in the Liverpool/Knowsley area, with scheduled shifts between Monday and Sunday, including days, nights, and weekends. Flexibility to choose shifts that fit your schedule is essential.
Flex Force Care Assistants travel between a cluster of homes, which is an expected part of the role. The homes include Ash Court, Dale Park, Fazakerley House, Kirby House, Leighton Court, Mersy Parks, Moss View, Roby House, Roby Lodge, and other locations in the area.
Responsibilities
* Providing personal care activities such as washing, personal hygiene, dressing, and assisting with meals.
* Helping residents with limited mobility.
* Taking responsibility for the wellbeing of residents on and off site.
Qualifications
* Right to work in the UK.
* All applicants must hold a full right to work in the UK; we do not sponsor.
* A driving licence with access to a vehicle would be advantageous but is not essential.
