This is a critical role, combining administrative tasks with hands-on support in the warehouse. Key Responsibilities: Order Processing: Collate orders, print labels, and prepare documentation for dispatch. Invoicing: Manage invoicing for picked and processed orders accurately and efficiently. Warehouse Support: Assist with retrieving and preparing orders for dispatch. Communication: Maintain clear communication with team members and clients as required. Requirements: Proficient in English (written and spoken). Attention to detail and the ability to follow instructions precisely. Basic computer literacy to manage orders and invoicing.
