Position: Housing Management Worker - Nights
Salary: Earn £12.60 per hour (£24,638 per annum [pro rata]) and enjoy benefits including Health Cash Plan
Location: Wymondham
Description: This is a great opportunity to join our team as a Housing Management Worker. You will support our customers by ensuring their homes are safe and well maintained, managing tenancies, and assisting with rent accounts to help them secure long-term accommodation.
Responsibilities include:
* Providing person-centred support to customers with diverse needs including mental health, addiction, and offending.
* Ensuring properties are well-maintained and engaging customers in their tenancies.
* Assisting with housing benefit claims and rent management.
* Turning around vacant or void rooms efficiently, including physical maintenance tasks.
* Conducting safety and compliance checks in properties and communities.
* Managing administrative tasks such as updating records, ordering supplies, and arranging payments.
Candidate requirements:
* Experience in property management or related compliance roles is preferred but not essential.
* A proactive, organized, and positive attitude with a passion for customer service.
* Ability to work independently and collaboratively across teams.
* Interest in property management and commitment to maintaining quality housing.
Additional information:
* Shift pattern: one week three nights, second week four nights, two-week rolling rota.
* Sleep-in hours are paid additionally.
* Location: Wilkinson House
* Requires an Enhanced DBS check (paid for by us).
