Exciting news for our newest recruits! If you start your journey with us between August 4th and August 22nd, you’ll kick off your training and initial deliveries from our Dordon site. But don’t forget—by August 25th, all training and deliveries will transition to our brand-new Nottingham site!
Worried about the change of scenery? Don’t be! We’ve got your back. Any additional travel costs during this transition will be fully covered by Ocado Logistics, so you can focus on mastering your skills without any financial worries.

🔍 What Do We Need From You?
No previous experience? No problem! Just bring your awesome self and a positive attitude. Our incredible training team will equip you with all the skills you need to become a Local Legend.
However, there are a few essentials:
* Full UK or EU driving licence.
* Minimum of 6 months driving experience (12 months preferred).
* Maximum of 6 penalty points.
* No driving disqualifications in the past 5 years.
Since some deliveries involve handling alcohol products, you must be over 18 to apply. Good communication skills and the ability to spread joy to our customers are essential!

* Fill in an online application—no CV needed!
* Our friendly recruitment team will conduct an Online Licence Check and Right to Work Checks.
* You’ll be invited to learn more about the role through a site tour in Dordon or Nottingham after August 25th.
* A Disclosure Barring System check (DBS) will be run.
* Once all checks are completed, you’ll be offered the role and your career with Ocado Logistics will begin!

Contract Type: Permanent
Contract Hours: 40 hours (including paid breaks)
Contracted Days: Work any 5 days out of 7 with 8-hour shifts.
Shifts: AM & PM. Start as early as 05:00 and finish as late as midnight. Check your commute time before applying. Shift rota provided up to 13 weeks in advance.
Pay Structure: Lunar paid—every 4 weeks according to a monthly schedule.
