Are you passionate about delivering outstanding customer service and ready for your next challenge? If you're looking for a role that goes beyond the call centre and gives you the chance to really make an impact, we're looking for a Customer Services Executive to join our team in Sheffield.
Reporting to the Customer Services Team Leader, this role is all about providing 'best in class' customer service while ensuring the smooth and accurate administration of our UK and export sales orders. You'll be a key point of contact for customers, handling enquiries, supporting key accounts, and ensuring every interaction leaves a positive impression. From order entry to final despatch, you'll take pride in getting it right first time, every time.
You'll work closely with colleagues across departments and with our partner organisations, building strong relationships while keeping everything on track. Day to day, you'll be processing and managing orders, responding to customer enquiries, managing schedules and documentation, and supporting with general administrative tasks. Whether it's providing updates, solving problems, or ensuring our systems and records are accurate, you'll play a vital role in keeping customers delighted and operations running smoothly.
What about you? You'll already have proven experience in a customer service environment and will be confident in your ability to communicate clearly, both in writing and over the phone. With outstanding attention to detail and excellent organisational skills, you'll be comfortable managing multiple tasks, solving problems, and working at pace without compromising on accuracy. A confident user of Microsoft Office and CRM systems, you may also have experience with ERP systems and supporting export customers – but above all, you'll bring enthusiasm, resilience and a genuine passion for delivering exceptional service.
