My Frenchie doesn't like other people and other dogs and he was never without me anywhere, or cared by another person, just our family of 5. He is nipping or biting, not aggressive but more like scared, I think. I have to use muzzle on him when we are close to people and dogs, for example Vet, Pet shop, crowded outings.
