Regional Sales Engineer - Sensors. Fully Hybrid from your home office! Region: South of England (South of Milton Keynes). Salary: £55,000 - £60,000 DOE. Company Car / Car Allowance. Quarterly Bonus. Annual Bonus (£100K OTE).
What You'll Do
 * Act as the direct point of contact for customers, providing product demonstrations, technical advice, and commercial proposals.
 * Cross-sell a full range of high-performance sensors across existing and new accounts.
 * Collaborate with international suppliers and internal technical experts to deliver the right solutions.
 * Attend exhibitions, follow up leads, and identify new market opportunities.
 * Provide detailed visit reports and maintain strong communication with the internal sales team.
What You'll Bring
 * Background in engineering or electro-mechanical systems (qualification or apprenticeship).
 * Understanding of sensors (pressure, force, position, vibration, strain, or data acquisition).
 * Enthusiastic, tenacious, and highly organised approach with excellent communication skills.
 * Commercial awareness and confidence managing client relationships across technical markets.
 * Full UK driving licence and willingness to travel across the South region.
