£43,946 basic + uncapped bonus
40 hours per week | Monday–Friday | 8:00–5:30pm (30 mins lunch)

A rare opportunity has arisen for a skilled Master Technician to join a high-performing aftersales team. This is a pivotal workshop role, requiring deep technical expertise, strong diagnostic capability and the ability to support others in delivering work to the highest standards.
What you’ll be doing
Carrying out complex diagnostic, warranty and repair work across a wide range of vehicles.
Completing mechanical, electrical and hydraulic repairs safely, efficiently and in line with manufacturer standards.
Supporting and mentoring less experienced Technicians, guiding them through complex faults and helping them improve efficiency.
Upholding exceptional quality, safety and process standards at all times.
What we’re looking for
A fully qualified Master Technician (Level 3 IMI, City & Guilds or equivalent).
Strong experience across both diagnostic and servicing work, with solid understanding of electrical and mechanical systems.
Someone who thrives in a team environment, follows process and takes pride in delivering work right first time.
A natural mentor who enjoys sharing knowledge and supporting the development of others.
We will also consider a Senior Diagnostic Technician working towards Master level (this would include 1 in 2 Saturday AMs).
