Qualified Social Worker, Adult Team Manager, DoLS Team Pay rate, £40 per hour Vitalis are recruiting for an experienced Social Worker to work as a Team Manager in a DoLs Team in Trafford Council. The DoLS Team is a borough and system-wide service within Adult Social Care and plays a crucial role in ensuring residents’ legal rights are protected. The DoLS Team is responsible for ensuring that Trafford Council meets its statutory responsibilities under the Mental Capacity Act 2005 Schedule A1 for residents residing in hospital and care homes where there is evidence, the person lacks mental capacity to consent to being accommodated there. As DoLS Team Manager your role will have a key focus on ensuring high standards of professional practice in the operational delivery of Deprivation of Liberty Safeguards (DoLS).
