2. Draft, review, and negotiate legal documents related to private equity transactions.
3. Conduct thorough due diligence for investment opportunities and acquisitions.
4. Provide guidance on compliance with regulatory and legal requirements in the professional services industry.
5. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support complex transactional projects.
6. Represent clients in negotiations and provide strategic legal counsel.
7. Assist in structuring and formation of private equity funds.
8. Maintain up-to-date knowledge of industry trends and legal developments in private equity and investment management.
