This role is essential for ensuring the smooth operation of our department, providing assistance with clerical duties, data entry, and maintaining an organised office environment. The ideal candidate will possess strong organisational skills and be proficient in various software applications (Full-time/ Permanent / Hybrid).
Responsibilities
Provideadministrativesupporttothedepartment,includingfiling,scanning,managingcorrespondenceandschedulingappointments
PerformdataentrytasksaccuratelyandefficientlywithdocumentssuchasWillsandPowerofAttorneys
Maintainorganisedfilingsystemsandensurealldocumentsareuptodate
Carryoutarchivingofclosedfilesinaccordancewithprocedure
Handlephonecallswithprofessionalism,demonstratingexcellentphoneetiquettewhilstonreceptionandwiththedepartment
Supportteammemberswithclericaltasksasneeded
Collaboratewithcolleaguestoimproveofficeprocessesandworkflowswhereneeded
Qualifications
Previousofficeexperienceispreferred
Proficientcomputerskills,familiaritywithMicrosoftOfficeSuite
Strongorganisationalskillswiththeabilitytomanagemultipletaskssimultaneously
Excellentattentiontodetailinallaspectsofwork
Abilitytoworkbothindependentlyandaspartofateam
