You will be responsible for managing extended range vendor accounts as we launch new categories through strategic partnerships with leading brands, distributors and specialist retailers. This is a hybrid role combining commercial buying and operational account management. The role focuses on building strategic partnerships, driving vendor performance, and executing trading strategies to deliver profitable growth. You will supportwith onboarding new partners, launching new categories and accountable for ensuring service delivery, competitive pricing, strong assortment, and promotional execution to enhance customer experience and category performance.

Responsibilities
11. Serve as the primary contact for extended range vendors, building strong relationships and ensuring alignment with platform standards and commercial goals.
12. Develop joint business plans with vendors to drive sales, improve operational performance, and expand assortment.
13. Manage pricing, promotions, and visibility strategies tomaximisesalesand profitability.
14. Responsible fornew seller onboarding, ensuring adherence toScrewfixpolicies, service levels, and compliance requirements.
15. MonitorvendorKPIs (sales, margin, stock availability, fulfillment performance) and use analytics toidentifyopportunities for improvement.
16. Collaborate withvendorstocreate and deliver plans thatboost traffic and conversion.
17. Workcross-functionally to deliver seamless seller and customer experiences,acrossCommercial, Fulfilment, Digital, Finance,and CSCteams.
18. Identifyand mitigate risks related tovendorperformance, compliance, and customer satisfaction.
19. Escalate any key risks and recommendations to Line Manager for review/alignment on actions and or next steps
20. Analyseand action vendor performance,providingregularinsightand reporting to key stakeholders, todemonstrateprogress and service delivery.
21. Drivecontinuous improvement through testingand developingnew ways of working.

Qualifications

39. Commercial acumen with experience in trading and P&L management.
