Adecco is assisting one of their top clients with their search to fill a Construction Manager in Berwyn PA :
Assignment Details:
* Assignment Type: Temporary
* Work Hours: Monday - Friday, 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM
* Pay Rate: $78.00/hour
What You'll Do:
* Develop and implement comprehensive project plans, schedules, and budgets for transmission and substation initiatives.
* Lead and manage diverse project teams, including engineers, contractors, and subcontractors, fostering a collaborative and productive work environment.
* Ensure all projects are completed on time, within budget, and according to exact specifications.
* Proactively identify and manage project risks and issues, developing effective mitigation strategies to keep projects on track.
* Oversee the procurement of necessary materials, equipment, and services for your projects.
* Champion and enforce strict compliance with all safety regulations and standards on construction sites.
* Prepare and meticulously review all project documentation, including contracts, reports, and technical drawings.
* Provide strong leadership and guidance to your project teams and subcontractors.
* Conduct regular site visits and inspections to monitor progress, ensure quality, and address any on-site challenges.
* Maintain clear and consistent communication with clients, stakeholders, and senior management, providing timely updates on project status.
----------------------------------- What You'll Bring:
* 10+ years of utility construction management experience, with a focus on transmission and substation projects.
* In-depth knowledge of transmission and substation operations.
* A High School Diploma or GED is required.
* Valid OSHA 10 or OSHA 30 certification.
* Proficiency with Microsoft Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel) is preferred.

Pay Details: $78.00 per week
