Key Responsibilities of the Primary Teacher: Plan and deliver engaging lessons across EYFS – KS2. Create a safe, positive, and inclusive learning environment. Adapt teaching to meet the needs of all pupils, including those with SEND. Track progress and provide constructive feedback to pupils and parents. Work collaboratively with colleagues, support staff, and school leadership. Requirements for the Primary Teacher role: Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent. Experience teaching across EYFS, KS1 or KS2 (placements considered for ECTs). Strong classroom and behaviour management skills. Excellent communication and organisational abilities.
