The integration of Health and Social Care will continue to be a key strategic goal locally and across Scotland ensuring health and care provision is delivered at the right time and in the right place. In order for us to continue our already pioneering success of transforming and integrating our services we are delighted to welcome applications to the post of Chief Officer for our Joint Integration board.
The role demands a high-level of governance, accountability and an astute awareness of local and national politics, challenges and best practice in order to influence a large range of stakeholders from Scottish Government, the NHS, local authority, third sector, and independent providers. Your leadership skills will be pivotal in ensuring the culture of engagement, innovation, transformation and collaboration continues across our services and communities as we deliver our ambitious programmes of reform and redesign with the ambition of providing the best possible sustainable model of health and care to our local population.
