Hours (Fixed)
* Tuesday–Friday: 1:00pm until 5:30pm (30 min unpaid break)
* Saturday: 1:00pm until 4:00pm (mandatory)
These hours are fixed and form part of the role.
Due to our location and limited public transport, own transport is essential.

The Role
You will be responsible for runninga small despatch area. This is a practical, physical role with high standards. Some tasks are repetitive, but accuracy and presentation matter.
Responsibilities include:
* Picking and packing orders accurately and at pace
* Preparing courier labels and organising collections
* Building, wrapping and loading pallets
* Operating a forklift truck (training provided if required)
* Loading and unloading deliveries
* Putting stock away correctly
* Booking in materials using our system
* Keeping the warehouse and despatch area clean, tidy and organised
Over time, you will be expected to confidently run your section independently during your shift. You will be able to self-direct and be proactive (for example, calling a haulier if you think they're running late, or reorganising your workspace if it becomes untidy).
Pay & Progression
We operate a clear level structure:
* Level 1 Operative £12.21 per hour
You will learn our systems, packing standards and despatch process.
After 3 months, we carry out a formal review.
* Level 2 Section Owner (FLT Trained) £13.21 per hour
Once forklift trained and confidently running your area independently, your rate increases.
Progression is based on reliability, competence and ownership.
FLT licence preferred. If you do not currently hold one but are practical and willing to learn, we will provide training for the right person.

* Reliable and punctual, every shift
* Comfortable with physical work (lifting up to 31.5kg)
* Comfortable working independently
* Naturally tidy and organised
* Confident using a computer
* Willing to take ownership of small problems and fix them
Warehouse experience is helpful but not essential. Attitude and reliability matter more.
What This Role Is Not
* Not a sit-down job
* Not a role where someone checks every step
* Not suitable for people who prefer constant direction
