What we’re looking for...
* Proficiency across Adobe Creative Suite - with Illustrator and Photoshop as absolute essentials.
* You're confident moving between platforms and excel at transforming creative ideas into polished, visual concepts with a strong focus on catwalk trends and commercial profitability.
* Someone who is exceptionally detail-oriented with a sharp eye for what works best across every stage of a creative brief, from the initial concept to final execution.
* You have a strong understanding of trends and branding, with a clear understanding of how design choices translate through to production.
* Comfortability working to tight deadlines, whilst bringing a contagious energy and thriving when juggling multiple projects and collaborating seamlessly within a team of creatives operating at the heart of the Women’s and children’s accessories world.
* Someone who is a natural problem-solver, you take initiative to find the best solutions while keeping a cool head under pressure. Whether it’s a last-minute design change or taking ownership of a new and exciting project, you handle it all with confidence and composure.
* An individual who is eager to dive into this new adventure, you are unafraid to get stuck in and learn quickly as part of a close-knit and collaborative team.
* A true team player who enjoys working with a range of engaging, bright, and dynamic individuals, you are ready to make a positive impact and be a part of an exciting story as the go-to accessory designer.
* Experience within the fashion design industry is a must, and packaging/marketing is a bonus.

Key responsibilities:
* Create original trends and commercial-driven designs for seasonal collections with consideration of best sellers across multiple brands
* Conduct trend forecasting and market research to keep the direction of products on trend with commercial appeal
* Work under senior designers to maintain design direction and deadlines to ensure project completion
* Strong attention to detail with illustrator-based designing and handmade samples
* Collaborate with design and buying teams to select fabrics and prints tailored to each brand
* Communicate with factories to oversee the development of design samples and make amendments to ensure products are perfect the first time
* Produce in-store visuals of product selection to assist merchandising teams and host companies
* Create sleek fashion-led company packs for host meetings, tailored to the forever-changing customer needs for both supermarket and high street brands.
What You'll Need:
* Relevant design experience within fashion-related industries
* Highly Proficient in Adobe Illustrator and Photoshop on the Mac platform
* Excellent communication skills and highly organised
* Ability to problem solve, work under pressure and follow creative direction from the senior team
* Advanced understanding of product specification and fabric knowledge
* Good understanding of creative social media platforms
