Salary: £27,000 - £28,000 per annum, depending on experience

The Role
As IT Support, you’ll deliver first‑line support through a service desk function, responding to hardware, software and user access queries.
Key duties
* User Account Management
* Software installation and updates
* Incident logging and escalation
* Basic hardware coordination
* Maintaining accurate IT asset records.
* Supporting continuous improvement, documentation and compliance with security and data protection standards.
About You
* Experience in a first‑line or similar IT Support environment
* Solid troubleshooting and problem‑solving skills
* Strong communication and a customer‑focused approach
* Ability to manage priorities and work independently as part of a team
