Recruitment Professionals is recruiting on behalf of a well-regarded law firm in Winchester for a Property Solicitor or Conveyancer. This is a full-time, office-based role for a qualified professional with strong residential property experience.
Key Responsibilities
* Managing your own caseload of residential property transactions, including sales, purchases, re-mortgages, new builds, and transfers of equity
* Handling cases from instruction through to completion
* Liaising with clients, estate agents, mortgage lenders, and other solicitors
* Ensuring compliance with all regulatory, legal, and internal firm procedures
Requirements
* Qualified Solicitor, Licensed Conveyancer, or Legal Executive
* Minimum 4 years’ post-qualification experience (PQE) in residential conveyancing
* Ability to manage caseloads independently
* Strong knowledge of residential property law and conveyancing processes
* Excellent communication and organisational skills
