Role Overview:
As a Trainee Recruitment Consultant, you will play a key role in both candidate management and business development. This is a varied and people-focused role where no two days are the same.
Key Responsibilities:
Sourcing and matching candidates to client vacancies using our in-house CRM system
Interviewing candidates face-to-face and via video platforms.
Conducting outbound business development calls to potential new clients.
Managing existing client relationships and expanding accounts.
Handling the full recruitment process from job briefing to candidate placement.

Previous experience in outbound sales, retail, telesales or a customer-facing environment
Strong communication skills with a confident and professional manner
Motivated, ambitious, and results-driven
Able to work well under pressure and to targets
A team player who enjoys working in a collaborative environment
No prior recruitment experience needed – full training provided
