Customer Development Manager (Part-Time, Term-Time Only – School Hours) Earnings: £12.21p/h commission (OTE of £40,000 pro rata) Location: Nelson, Lancashire Hours: Flexible part-time (e.g., 9:30 am – 2:30 pm, Mon–Fri, term-time only) Contract: Permanent, part-time What You’ll Be Doing: Engaging with our existing customer base to generate interest in new products or services. Booking high-quality sales appointments for our field or account management teams. Working campaign-specific call lists – no cold calling, just smart targeting and relationship building. Using CRM tools to track progress, log outcomes, and collaborate with the wider team. Continuously learning and feeding back ideas and suggestions, all ideas are valued.
