About The Role As our New Product Development (NPD) Manager, you’ll play a pivotal role in shaping the next generation of premium hair extensions, tools and haircare innovation. Reporting into the Marketing Director and working closely with our Founder, Victoria Lynch, you’ll develop and execute a forward-thinking product development strategy that aligns with our growth ambitions, brand vision, and customer expectations. You’ll lead the end-to-end development process, from concept to launch; overseeing everything from formulation, packaging and compliance to supplier management and performance analysis. Your work will bring new ideas to life and ensure that every product reflects the quality and creativity that define the brands on both Remi Cachet and Additional Lengths. You’ll be the driving force behind our product calendar, identifying trends, analysing consumer insights, and working closely with marketing to ensure our launches captivate customers and strengthen our market position. Whilst this is a standalone NPD role, collaboration is key in this role and you’ll work cross-functionally with marketing, operations and commercial teams to deliver seamless, on-brand launches that set new standards for excellence. About You We’re ideally looking for someone with: A creative and commercially minded approach, must have experience developing products for a hair brand (aftercare, tools or hair extensions), plus experience in beauty, or premium consumer goods. A proven track record leading the end-to-end product development lifecycle — from research and concept creation to launch and performance analysis. Strong skills in market and trend analysis, using insights to shape strategy and inspire innovation. Experience in supplier management, negotiation, and ensuring quality, cost-effectiveness, and timely delivery. Strategic thinking combined with a meticulous eye for detail across formulation, packaging, and compliance. Exceptional organisational skills and the ability to thrive in fast-paced, high-growth environments. A collaborative mindset, comfortable working within a standalone position and working seamlessly across operations, marketing, and customer teams to deliver impactful launches.
