Pre-Sales Support
* Assist in the preparation of technical proposals, solution designs, and client documentation.
* Conduct product research and collaborate with vendors to evaluate technology options.
* Attend client meetings with senior staff to provide technical input and demonstrations.
Field Engineering
* Support engineers during site surveys, installations, maintenance, and commissioning of systems.
* Assist with system programming, testing, and troubleshooting.
* Maintain clear and accurate records of installations and site activities.
Training & Development
* Complete structured training modules, including vendor-led certifications.
* Participate in internal workshops and mentoring sessions.
* Stay current with industry trends, cybersecurity developments, and new technologies.
Additional Requirements:
* 18+ years old and based in South Yorkshire.
* Full UK driving licence (or actively working towards it).
* Technically curious with a passion for security and smart technologies.
* Strong written and verbal communication skills.
* Good interpersonal skills and team spirit.
* Organised, methodical, and proactive.
* Willing to work both in office settings and on customer sites.
* A foundation in Computer Science, ideally including networking and cybersecurity modules.
