Position: Clinical Team Leader - RMN
Location: Ivetsey Bank Hospital, Stafford
Ivetsey Bank Hospital is a Tier 4 Child and Adolescent Mental Health (CAMHS) hospital for young people aged 12-18 with a diagnosed mental health condition. We are committed to helping every person feel safe, happy, and empowered, enabling them to live the best life possible.
What you'll be working:
Flexible hours, totaling 37.62 hours per week, on a rota basis.
What you'll be doing:
1. Providing clinical leadership to the nursing team and ensuring the delivery of high-quality, individualised, person-centred care to all patients.
2. Ensuring effective supervision and development of staff.
3. Supporting each patient in achieving their planned outcomes.
4. Leading assessment and implementation of care through to discharge.
5. Taking charge of the clinical area.
6. Developing and maintaining communication with patients' relatives, families, and carers.
7. Adopting a flexible approach to working hours to meet the needs of the service over a 24-hour period.
8. Working in accordance with the NMC Code of Professional Conduct.
