Clinical Negligence Solicitor – Lincolnshire We are seeking a talented Claimant Clinical Negligence Solicitor (2–5 years PQE) to join a leading legal team in the Lincolnshire area. This is an exceptional opportunity to work alongside highly experienced Partners on complex multi-track clinical negligence cases, while developing and managing your own caseload. You will gain exposure to a diverse range of high-value claims, including serious birth injuries, brain and spinal trauma, delayed cancer diagnoses and surgical errors. Key Responsibilities: Provide ongoing legal services to existing clients with professionalism and care Collaborate with Partners and Fee Earners to support business development initiatives Achieve fee income targets in line with agreed objectives Stay up to date with changes in clinical negligence law and practice Deliver accurate and reliable fee-earning work in accordance with quality and risk procedures Person Specification: Qualifications: Qualified Solicitor (2–5 years PQE) Knowledge: Proven experience in handling clinical negligence claims Strong computer literacy and familiarity with case management systems Skills: Ability to manage own caseload independently Excellent planning and organisational skills Understanding of Money Laundering Regulations and Solicitors Account Rules Competencies: Strong communication skills, both written and verbal Ability to build and maintain client relationships at all levels Commitment to delivering high-quality legal services Effective time management and ability to meet deadlines Attributes: Proactive and positive attitude Resilient under pressure and deadline-driven High level of integrity and empathy Hardworking and self-motivated Desirable: Experience in marketing and business development Confident in public speaking and delivering presentations This is a fantastic opportunity to join a respected firm and make a meaningful impact in the field of clinical negligence law.
