Salary Range: Dependent on experience
Location: Doncaster (up to 2 days remote working per week)

The Role
We are searching for a Customer Insights and Data Specialist. This role is part of the European Regional Amazon Structure. Reporting to the E-Commerce Key Account Manager, you will support the organization in making data-driven decisions related to customer and marketing insights. Using various analytical techniques, you will understand trends and make recommendations to identify new opportunities and maximize sales.
Job responsibilities include:
1. Present weekly reports on Amazon KPIs for Retail, Marketing, and Operations.
2. Provide clear insights and recommendations to the Amazon Europe team to ensure activities drive sales and increase market share, including supply chain metrics and performance at category and SKU levels.
3. Standardize reporting for regional Amazon teams, business units, and local country teams to improve efficiency and reduce report creation time.
4. Act as the primary contact for external data service providers, resolving issues promptly.
5. Create and develop dashboards to monitor performance and enable timely actions.
6. Identify areas for sales and profitability improvements.
7. Make strategic recommendations based on market trends.
8. Provide ad hoc support to team members as required.
What You Bring To The Team
* Previous e-commerce or marketplace experience (Amazon) is advantageous.
* Strong analytical skills.
* Keen interest in e-commerce and digital marketing.
* Excellent communication and organizational skills.
* Ability to influence others.
* Experience analyzing sales activity and data.
* Understanding of financial budgets, targets, product pricing, and margins.
* Self-motivated with good time management skills.
* Presentation skills.
* Ability to work independently and in a team.
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel and PowerPoint.
* Adaptability to change.
Desirable but not essential:
* Knowledge of European languages other than English.
* Degree in Business Studies, Marketing, or related field.
* Experience with Amazon Vendor Central and AMS portals.
* Knowledge of other online resellers.
