Criteria

5. A caring nature and an understanding of what good support looks like.
6. A Car Driver is essential due to the location of the service.
7. Successful applicants will need to complete pre-employment checks.
8. Successful applicants will need a DBS check.

Duties
As a Senior Night Support Worker, you will be a fantastic role model for the young people they support. Your focus will be to support them with their evening routines, this includes activities, hobbies which could be on or off-site. You will communicate with parents and support workers on your team to ensure that their medical needs are met. You will be a fantastic listener and there for their emotional support, someone they can talk to easily. You will be a fantastic motivator whilst encouraging independence and daily living skills.
