Business Development Manager – Technical Sales (OEM)
£45,000 – £50,000 + Car + Commission (OTE £65K)

You don’t need experience in components or manufacturing – but you do need the mindset.

The Role
* Inherit a warm, active territory – with plenty of room to grow
* Sell into OEMs, working with engineers, design teams, and project managers
* Understand product applications and help customers solve problems
* Manage the full sales cycle – from outreach to technical consultation, through to delivery
* Receive full product training and support – they’ll teach the technical side, you bring the attitude
Ideal Experience (Flexible):
* B2B sales experience with project-based, consultative sales cycles
* Used to dealing with technical buyers – whether that’s in industrial, SaaS, packaging, electronics, automotive, or other fields
* Able to ask smart questions, understand a customer’s challenge, and build a solution
* If you’ve sold anything with a technical angle or product spec – this could be your next big step
What You’ll Get
* £45,000–£50,000 basic salary
* Realistic first-year OTE of £60,000–£65,000
