Modern and established consulting company based in Llanelli, are looking for a Administration Assistant to join the busy team.
Permanent position
Monday to Friday working hours
Salary up to £12 per hour depending on experience
What will you be doing
General Administration
Processing invoices & dealing with general accounts
Raising & processing of quotes
Taking phone calls and directing the the correct person
Preparing and sending written reports
Filing of documentation.
Following up qoutes and chasing any payments prior to works starting.
Support the technical team as required About you
Strong administration background essential
Excellent working knowledge of all Microsoft packages including Excel & Outlook.
Excellent communication skills - essential
Payroll experience desirable What’s in it for you?
