Crown Gas & Power is continuing to grow its Power division, and we're looking for a structured, improvement-focused Team Leader to bring clarity, consistency and strong leadership to our Metering Team.

Our metering team are knowledgeable, proactive and quick to resolve issues. As Power is still a growing division, we now need someone who can strengthen processes, introduce greater structure and help the team move from reactive to consistently well-controlled.

Someone who can:
* Strengthen and standardise operational processes
* Introduce clear workflow structure and practical controls
* Drive accountability and ownership across the team
* Improve efficiency, prioritisation and workload visibility
* Gain trust and buy-in while embedding change
Key Responsibilities
* Lead and develop a team of 7 within a regulated operational setting
* Review and improve existing metering workflows and procedures
* Implement structured, practical processes that work for the team
* Monitor KPIs and performance metrics to maintain standards
* Manage escalations and prioritise workload effectively
* Build engagement, accountability and confidence across the team
What We're Looking For
This role would suit a confident, grounded Team Leader who enjoys bringing structure to a capable team and taking ownership within a growing function.
You'll likely have:
* Proven experience leading an operational, administrative or service-based team
* Demonstrable experience improving or embedding new processes
* Confidence managing performance and setting clear expectations
* The ability to build credibility with technically strong team members
* Strong organisational skills and a calm, structured working style
* A professional approach within a fast-paced environment
Experience within energy, utilities or another regulated operational environment would be advantageous. However, strong leadership capability and proven process improvement experience are essential.
