The Buckinghamshire Perinatal Mental Health Team is seeking a highly organised, empathetic, and self-motivated part-time Team Administrator to join our award-winning team.
The Buckinghamshire Perinatal Mental Health Team is a specialist community mental health service committed to delivering quality care. We provide a countywide service in Buckinghamshire, supporting mothers and babies to maintain and promote good mental health throughout pregnancy and the first postpartum year.
Please note this role is part-time working 14.63 hours per week.

Main duties of the job
Ensure the smooth operation of the team by managing various administrative tasks and offering secretarial assistance to support the delivery of quality care.
Keep accurate and up-to-date records, manage incoming and outgoing correspondence, and handle telephone calls efficiently to support team communication.
Prepare and type letters and reports, ensure clinical data is accurately updated, and manage the processing of referrals and discharges to maintain seamless patient care.
Support data quality initiatives by using databases and spreadsheets to ensure accurate and reliable data management.
Manage the ordering of stationery and supplies.
Carry out a range of general administrative tasks as directed by the management team to support the overall functioning of the team
