Position: Welder Location: Dungannon Reporting to: Production Supervisor Hours of Wor k: 39 hours per week What you will do We are seeking experienced and motivated Welders to join our team in the manufacturing of mobile screening equipment. This role is ideal for individuals who take pride in high-quality work, enjoy working within a team-focused environment, and thrive in a fast-paced production setting. Main Duties & Responsibilities Interpret and work confidently from technical drawings and engineering plans. Use precision measuring instruments to inspect, test, and verify weld quality, cuts, and joints. Perform welding and fabrication tasks to a high standard, ensuring accuracy and consistency. Meet daily and weekly production targets while maintaining excellent attention to detail. Ensure safe, controlled, and efficient movement of parts throughout the production line. Contribute to the continuous improvement of processes and workflows across the factory. Work collaboratively with colleagues to achieve team and site performance goals. What you will bring Previous experience in an engineering, manufacturing, or welding environment. Experience using MIG, TIG, or other welding techniques. Experience working in a similar heavy engineering or mobile equipment industry. Strong practical and technical skills with a focus on quality work. High level of self-motivation, energy, and a positive work ethic. Ability to work effectively as part of a team in a dynamic manufacturing environment. Comfortable working to changing priorities while maintaining productivity and accuracy. Strong action orientation with a commitment to meeting targets and deadlines. Demonstrates integrity, honesty, and professionalism at all times. Determination and perseverance when faced with challenges.
