Boparan Restaurant Group are looking for an Estate Manager. Have you got experience in Lease Management / Landlord and Tenant Co-ordination / New Property N egotiations - If so this job may be for you As the Estates Manager, you will be responsible for managing a portfolio of 100 properties and ensuring optimal value, efficient operation, and maximum profitability of the company's property portfolio. You will play a critical role in the success of the organisation by managing the upkeep of the properties and keeping them in compliance with current regulations. The successful candidate will be a skilled and knowledgeable professional with an excellent track record in property management. Responsibilities will include: Support finance team on all rental, service charge, rates and insurance invoices for approval Create and maintain comprehensive databases of all leases, contracts and rental agreements in the portfolio. Support property department in new property acquisitions, negotiations and completing heads of terms documentation where necessary. Develop and implement strategies for maximizing profits and streamlining property operations Coordinate estate management of properties to ensure they meet legal requirements and environmental, health and safety standards Manage all property-related correspondence, including lease creation, renewal and termination. Liaise with local government agencies to ensure compliance with all legal requirements in relation to estate management. Work collaboratively with other teams to deliver effective solutions to issues and drive customer satisfaction. Manage rates schedules and coordinate rate payments Managing property related queries from the restaurant managers and provide suitable escalation.
