Job Summary
To respond to increased workload and new opportunities, we are currently recruiting for a Sales Manager with experience within the Aggregates and or Waste sectors. Our Head Office is based in Uttoxeter so the ideal candidate will be based within the Midlands but further afield would be considered.
The ideal candidate will have :
* A proven track record of delivering strong sales performance within the Aggregates and or Waste sectors
* Demonstrated ability to generate leads and new business
* Knowledge of recycled aggregates is preferred but not vital for the role
* Demonstrated ability to develop strong relationships with suppliers, customers and colleagues.
The role will include :
* Securing sales and work for our internal fleet and sub-contractor hauliers
* Working with our Transport Planner to ensure the timely delivery of orders
* Identifying new opportunities for the overall business
