Overview
Are you an experienced and motivated individual ready to lead a dynamic team? We're looking for a Reception Supervisor to ensure the smooth operation of our front desk and provide excellent customer service to our guests.
Responsibilities
* Lead with Excellence: Manage and supervise the daily operations of the hotel reception, ensuring high standards are consistently met.
* Inspire & Support: Provide guidance and support to the reception team, ensuring they are trained and motivated to deliver exceptional guest experiences.
* Coordinate Seamlessly: Work closely with other departments to ensure smooth guest experiences, including room reservations, housekeeping, and maintenance.
* Resolve with Care: Handle guest complaints and inquiries, resolving issues promptly and professionally.
* Optimize Operations: Monitor occupancy levels and revenue, adjusting staffing levels accordingly to meet demand.
* Ensure Accuracy: Oversee accurate billing and payment procedures, maintaining financial integrity.
* Manage Reputation: Monitor and manage the hotel's online reputation by responding to guest reviews and feedback.
Qualifications
* Previous experience in a hotel reception or front office role, with supervisory experience preferred.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
* Strong leadership and team management skills.
* Ability to work effectively under pressure and handle multiple tasks.
* Knowledge of hotel reservation and management systems.
* Excellent problem-solving skills.
* Flexibility to work a variety of shifts, including weekends and holidays.
* A commitment to delivering exceptional customer service.
