Finance & Accounts Manager – Japanese-speaking
Euro London Appointments are delighted to partner with a global trading specialist with a worldwide customer base in their search for a Japanese-speaking Finance & Administration Manager.
In this role, you will oversee the internal accounts function and support financial operations across multiple international offices.
This role will operate in 4 different currencies so experience of working across multiple currencies is essential.
This is the ideal position for someone looking to build on previous Accounts experience in a close-knit working environment with the use of your Japanese language skills.
Key responsibilities:
1. Perform daily bookkeeping, including SAGE entries, invoice processing, expenses, VAT returns, and PAYE-related tasks.
2. Collaborate with internal teams and external accountants on financial queries and reconciliations.
3. Produce monthly and annual financial reports (P&L, Balance Sheet, cashflow).
4. Prepare budgets and forecasts in partnership with the leadership team.
5. Oversee month-end close, annual audits, and ensure accurate and timely reporting.
