We are hiring for Business Change & Organizational Design Consultant (HR Transformation)
Location : Hybrid - Bristol
* Should have prior experience in Organizational Design with a strong background in HR and business change.
* Demonstrated experience in leading and executing organizational design initiatives, including significant restructure projects.
* A solid understanding of HR functions, including people management and policy, and demonstrable experience in driving business change within an HR context.
* Proven ability to effectively engage, influence, and manage a diverse range of stakeholders at all levels, both within and outside the organization.
* Proven track record in managing significant change initiatives.
