You'll work across different sections, helping deliver fresh, well‑presented meals throughout the day. You will: Prepare, cook, and present dishes to a high standard Support the Senior Chef team with menu preparation Work across hot, cold, and service sections as required Maintain excellent food hygiene and safety standards Assist with stock rotation and reducing waste Help train and support junior kitchen team members Use kitchen and rota systems (basic computer literacy required) Hours & Schedule 37.5 hours per week | 5 days over 7 Service Times: Breakfast: 06:30-08:30 Lunch: 11:30-13:30 Dinner: 17:30-19:30 Shift Patterns: Early: 05:30-13:30 Late: 11:00-19:00 A typical week will include a mix of both.
