Key Responsibilities
* Managing a varied portfolio of clients, acting as the main day-to-day contact, building trusted relationships and delivering a consultative approach across social and wider marketing touchpoints.
* Leading on social media activity, from campaign planning to content creation and reporting, shaping and executing activity across platforms including Instagram, Facebook and TikTok.
* Driving the commercial agenda and ensuring clients are aware of the work the agency does and the impact on their brand development.
* Providing exceptional client servicing at a senior level to garner trust in the work you and your team deliver.

Skills, Knowledge & Expertise
* 3–5 years’ experience in account management with a strong focus on social media (client or agency side), ideally managing social-first campaigns end-to-end.
* Sound project management skills with exposure across branding, print, OOH, digital and social.
* Experience of working across brands of differing size and spend; supporting with / exposure to areas including social media, content creation + filming, campaign roll-out, branding, print and digital.
* Experience of leading a portfolio of accounts and managing day-to-day client communications.
* Experience across Meta (Facebook and Instagram) and TikTok; strong understanding of social media platforms, trends, and best practices.
* Content creation know-how, from briefing and overseeing to hands-on filming, editing and producing social-first content (using tools such as Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, CapCut Pro, etc.).
* Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret and act on performance data.
* Highly versed in the creative process and managing multi-platform creative through the studio.
* Good ability to recognise opportunities across the discipline and wider agency, with a polished yet human approach to presenting.
* Ability and willingness to travel to client locations throughout the UK and abroad (UK driving license in desirable).
