The role
Camino Search are working with a PE backed, Services firm who are in a period of transition. They are seeking a Group Financial Controller to lead the finance function through a period of change and modernisation.
The role will require a hands on leader, with a strong balance of commercial and technical acumen to drive change, and execute on the value creation plan post deal.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead the Group’s financial reporting, budgeting, and forecasting processes
Drive finance transformation initiatives, including systems upgrades and process automation
Partner with senior leadership to support strategic decision-making
Ensure robust financial controls and compliance across the group
Manage and develop a high-performing finance team
What We’re Looking For:
Qualified accountant (ACA/ACCA/CIMA) with post-qualification experience in a group-level role
Proven track record in finance transformation or change management
Experience in a professional services or people-based business
Strong leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills
Tech-savvy, with experience implementing or optimising finance systems
