Join to apply for the Holiday Club Play Leader role at Let's Play. The position is based at Studley Leisure Centre, Studley, and involves delivering sessions during school holidays as part of our Fun Weeks programme for children aged 5–12.
Responsibilities
* Deliver sessions that are challenging, realistic and fun for primary-aged children.
* Create a positive learning environment for children in our care.
* Deliver the coaching programme to a high standard consistently.
* Follow our coaching philosophy: everything we deliver should be Fun, Inclusive & Educational.
* Understand the individual needs of children and challenge/engage them appropriately.
* Deal with any first aid or emergency situations.
* Be approachable when liaising with parents/carers.
* Be committed to delivering each session to the best of your ability.
* Be creative and passionate in your delivery.
Qualifications
* Essential: Keen interest and passion in working with and facilitating fun games for primary-aged children; willingness to develop coaching skills; punctual, reliable & committed; experience delivering activities to primary-aged children; strong communication and organisational skills; ability to interact well with children, teachers and parents.
* Preferred: Clean UK driver’s license; experience in childcare settings; experience and/or willingness to deliver other activities during Fun Week (e.g., Arts n Crafts, Multi-Sports); completed appropriate courses at Sixth Form, College or University.
