The Role
You will be responsible for the day-to-day coordination and processing of contracts from the field sales team, ensuring excellent customer service, data accuracy on company systems, and achievement of department KPIs. You will also support the field sales team as office-based admin support.
Key Responsibilities and Accountabilities
* Manage and administer the entry of new sales onto AMCS and Gains systems.
* Manage and administer the entry of new sales leads into CRM.
* Assist the customer services team in processing retention contracts via CRM, liaising with service teams or suppliers as necessary.
* Maintain daily communication with the sales team for updates and progress.
* Distribute inbound web/phone leads to sales and other teams, ensuring they are logged on CRM.
* Liaise with service teams regarding future deliveries each month.
* Assist with pending contracts, helping sales to notify existing suppliers.
* Undertake credit checks and ensure data integrity.
* Follow all department procedures, accurately record data, and manage electronic contract files.
* Ensure roll-out/cancellation processes are 100% accurate.
* Perform ad-hoc tasks such as pre-invoice checks and credit note processing as assigned by line manager.
General Responsibilities and Activities
* Enter customer details into CRM.
* Assist the sales team with quoting for work.
* Help complete sales documentation by liaising with sales representatives.

* Excellent organization and time management skills.
* Good administrative skills.
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
* Experience working with customers over the phone.
* Support sales and customer service experience.
* Strong written and oral communication skills.
* Knowledge of the waste industry or hazardous waste is advantageous.
