Set up in 2015 by the four Crouch bros, CSONS was founded upon a massive passion for incredible, globally inspired food and a huge respect for the quality and abundance of tip top local ingredients right on our doorstep. Couple this with the drive and work ethic to consistently deliver this vision through providing exceptional service and it's no wonder we now have 2 of the most popular and respected restaurants in Shropshire.

So..... we're not going to bore you with a list of responsibilities. Instead we're gonna tell you why you should work for us and why a move to CSONS will put a smile on your face;
* We believe in work life balance and as such only open for supper on Friday and Saturday nights, plus the odd event on Thursdays. The rest of the week it's just breakfast and lunch, so minimal evenings and very rare splits.

* Tips fully shared TRONC system based on hours worked – usually around £1.80 extra per hour As a full timer you can expect around £4.5k on top of your normal salary.
* Profit share – After your first six months with us you will be eligible for our profit share bonus scheme. Every year you stay with us you'll take a bigger share, so you can grow with us *Peaks at five years. Long serving full timers have received up to £1500.
* 29 days Holiday – Coz we give you an extra one on your Birthday *(includes bank holidays, pro rata based on hours worked)

* 30% off your total bill once a month * Valid as long as you're part of the group (up to six people).
