This is a fully remote role, with optional access to our London and Cambridge offices. You’ll lead frontend architecture and delivery for a platform that turns complex climate data into products that drive real-world impact. What you bring 5 years of professional experience as a Frontend Engineer Strong expertise in modern frontend frameworks (React, Vue, or similar) Excellent understanding of web fundamentals (performance, accessibility, responsiveness) Experience designing and maintaining frontend architecture at scale Proven leadership experience, with the ability to guide technical decisions, mentor engineers, and set a high bar for frontend quality A pragmatic mindset with high attention to detail and user experience Why join?
