Part-Time Office Administrator / Accounts Assistant Wanted
Location : Burton-on-Trent
Working Hours : 18 hours per week (3 days, 9:00am - 3:00pm; flexible days available with prior arrangement)
Pay Rate : £14.00 per hour
We are recruiting on behalf of a small, welcoming company in Burton-on-Trent that is seeking a dependable and detail-oriented individual to join their team in a dual role combining office administration and bookkeeping support.
Administrative Tasks:
- Managing phone enquiries
- Organising incoming and outgoing mail and emails
- General filing and document preparation
Bookkeeping Support:
- Assisting with payroll duties
- Handling sales and purchase ledger entries
- Reconciling bank statements
- Preparing VAT submissions
- Ideal Candidate:
Familiarity with Sage 50 Accounts and Payroll is a plus, but not essential - full training will be provided.
