What you'll need to succeedYour new role will involve the preparation of management accounts for distribution to Heads of Departments for review and approval. You will be responsible for completion of month end, including managing purchase and sales ledgers, prepayments, accruals, journals and fixed assets. You will also be responsible for bank account and balance sheet reconciliations, profit & loss, budgets and forecasts. You will carry out key analysis and reporting to drive efficiencies to reduce cost and improve profitability and cashflow. You will effectively manage payroll including (P60, P45, P11D and VAT returns) managing the Group Pension and autoenrollment scheme.
